Step back in time and enjoy an afternoon at Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix. The square dates back to the 1800s and the restored Rosson House Museum is its crowning jewel.
We will start with a walk around Heritage Square. Where we will see the Heritage Square rose garden with an original horse-drawn carriage.
We’ll also see The Stevens House; built in 1901 by Constance Stevens, a widow and clerk in the local retail business known as the New York Store. Simply known as The Bungalow today, this small home within Heritage Square is the place to shop for local, handcrafted goods and treats.
Finally we’ll take a private tour of The Rosson House & Museum The home is a fully-restored 1895 Queen Anne Victorian house that was once inhabited by some of Phoenix’s earliest settlers.
