Welcome to the Hope Kid’s Ministry
Nursery
The nursery is available for children under 3 years of age during all worship services (ages 5 and under when there’s no Sunday School). Check in at the nursery located in the classroom west of the Sanctuary.
Ages 3 – Grade 5
Join us for Children’s Church during the 10:30am worship service.
10:30am Children’s Church
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Before the service, check your child in at the computer, located in the courtyard. Children attend worship with their family and are released to their classes after the Confession. Children may be picked up at the following locations after worship:
- Nursery: Newborn – 2 years old
- Preschool Room 1: 3 years old – Kindergarten
- Room A2: Grades 1 – 3
- Room B1: Grades 4 – 5
9am Worship Service
No children’s programming is offered during the 9am worship service. Please pick up an activity bag at the back of the church for your child to keep and enjoy.

Kickoff to Christmas
November 30 After 10:30 Worship
Start the Christmas season right! After worship, enjoy pumpkin pie and hot cocoa, while kids create ornaments to keep and to share with our shut-ins.
Christmas Adventure
December 7 After 10:30 Worship
Kids will have a blast making their own Graham Cracker Nativity — a tasty nativity scene built with candy, icing, and treats galore!
Enjoy a cup of hot cocoa while they create.
Christmas Program
December 14 During 10:30 Worship
Kids preschool through 5th grade will share the Christmas story through songs and video during our 10:30am worship service! Invite your friends and family to celebrate with us and experience this program.
Rehearsals begin November 23rd during Sunday School at 10:30am. Please note: because we’ll spend time rehearsing, Sunday School will meet for the full hour. Check in at the Welcome Center, then drop off in the Fellowship Hall.

Classes and milestones nurturing your child’s faith
We partner with you in your child’s spiritual growth, helping you keep your promise to nurture their faith and celebrate their spiritual milestones.
Keeping the Promise classes and milestone celebrations are designed to complement your teaching at home and help you raise people who can depend on the spiritual knowledge they gained in childhood and pass it on to the next generation.
Baptism
In baptism, our sins are washed away. We’re adopted into God’s family and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, faith, and salvation. Children and adults can be baptized any time.
Contact the church office to set up a time to be baptized.
Pre-Kindergarten Bible Milestone
During a special worship service, pre-kindergarteners will receive a My New Story Bible.

Adventure Bible - Grade 3
During worship service, you and your child will be invited up front so we can give you, the parent, a Bible. You in turn will give it to your child.
